Ben Westaway
Our founder and Managing Director, Ben Westaway, is one of the most highly qualified advisers in the United Kingdom.
Ben is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Certified Financial Planner
Following a first class degree from Oxford University, Ben spent four years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the City where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Ben entered Financial Services in 2003, latterly working in London with Fleming Family & Partners Wealth Planning before returning to Sheffield to establish Jessop in 2010.
Ben enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, exploring both the Derbyshire and Spanish countryside and suffers the elation and despair (mostly the latter) of following Sheffield Wednesday.
Julia Westaway
Julia is our Company Secretary and Operations Director. As Operations Director, Julia is responsible for ensuring that the high standards that Jessop stands for are always maintained.
After graduating from Law College, London, Julia gained legal experience working at Herbert Smith. Julia then furthered her legal career at WorleyParsons where she worked for six years as an Assistant Company Secretary and Senior Legal Assistant. More recently, Julia worked as a Practice Manager at Tapestry Compliance, a leading law firm providing advice on the legal and tax aspects of global incentive and share plans.
To relax, Julia enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
